HOBBING MACHINE
Reconditioning and convertion of conventional hobbing machines manufactured by Libehrr, Pfauter HMT and their likes into three axes CNC hobbing machine with radial, tangential and axial feeds are in CNC mode.

       
 
     
 

GRINDING MACHINE
Converting hydraulic cylindrical or angular ,journal grinders into CNC grinders with all features like single point dressing , flagging , in process gauging systems, constant surface speed control etc.

CNC HOBBING MACHINE
Retrofitment of used six axes CNC hobbing machines with the latest generation of CNC system having electronic gear boxes.

VTL’S
We recondition and retrofit various type of conventional VTL’s , by converting the single/dual ram and STP’s into CNC mode along with variable speed table drive with gear selection and CSS features
